Shipping Policy
At Numero 21 we ship all over Mexico via MEXPOST (Correos de Mexico). Most items in stock are shipped within 2 to 3 days, although some items may take longer to process.


Occasionally, some items may be in print or out of stock. An email will be sent to you in a timely manner if this is the case.


Shipping may take 4-6 working days depending on the size and weight of the items. Once your order has been shipped, Numero21 will send you a confirmation email, informing you that your order is on its way and the estimated time of arrival.


DELIVERY ADDRESS


All orders will be shipped to the address entered during the checkout process. Please check the accuracy of this address.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


At this time we are not shipping internationally.
Return & Exchange Policy
All online sales are final. Please review your order carefully, contact us via email before ordering if you have any questions.

ABOUT DAMAGED ITEMS


Please inspect your purchase as soon as it arrives. Damage claims must be made within 72 hours of the arrival of your order. If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Please include your purchase order number and contact information.
